With a balanced combination of black and white sesame seeds and garlic, Bowl Peppa provides an aromatic base an aromatic base that is just as convincing in bowls and salads as it is as a fine finish to main courses. The subtle spiciness of chilli and black pepper, rounded off with paprika, fruity raspberries and lemon zest, creates a multi-layered flavour.

Our Greek olive oil is made from the Koroneiki olive. The most popular oil olive in Greece is mainly found in the Peloponnese and Crete.

Due to its flavour and its composition, its oil is considered one of the best olive oils in the world.

The flavour of the olive oil shines through a fruity flavour with an almost lemony freshness, emphasised by a pleasant, slightly peppery flavour.

We obtain our oil from a traditional co-operative from Messinia, where it is produced with care and sustainability according to our wishes.

On May 23, 1975 the company “Mercator – Spirituosen Vertriebsgesellschaft m.b.H.” was founded. With passion for pleasure and under the leadership of Kurt and Erika Kornfeld we started as an importer of foreign speciality spirits.

Today we are an internationally operating family business, producing a wide range of herbs, spices, soups, sauces and desserts, spirits as well as beverage concentrates right outside the gates of the Mozart city of Salzburg…
